What to know before you order
Sandwich shops, delis, burger joints, bakeries and barbecue restaurants usually order several of these together and add them to a container or cup order to fill out a pallet. Every product page lists sheet sizes, case counts and pallet quantities.
Common questions
What is the difference between deli paper and wax paper?
Checkered deli paper is a printed, grease-resistant sheet for wrapping sandwiches and lining baskets. Interfold dry-wax paper pulls one sheet at a time from a box for wrapping and handling food.
What is patty paper used for?
Patty paper sheets separate burger patties and portions so they stack, freeze and release cleanly.
When should I use cushion foil instead of paper?
Cushion foil is insulated, so it keeps burgers, burritos and hot sandwiches warm through pickup and delivery.
